This service is designed for busy CEOs and senior leaders who already have a draft and want high-value, real-time guidance to strengthen it ahead of a conference or high-stakes speaking engagement.
Often the draft is written by the executive, team member, or internal communications. My role is to help shape that draft so it sounds like you, reflects your voice, and lands with authenticity and authority in the room.
In a 90-minute Zoom session, we work through your presentation together, line by line. I help you sharpen structure, tighten language, clarify messaging, and refine pacing so your talk connects quickly, sustains engagement throughout, and leaves the audience wanting more.

As a comedian and a writer for some of the most well-known comedians and celebrities in the world, my career has taught me how to connect with audiences quickly, engage them fully, and leave them wanting more. You cannot convert until you connect.
Most people think engagement is about delivery. Voice, presence, slides, stagecraft. Those things matter, but they are not where engagement actually starts. Engagement starts with what is on the page. Clear thinking. Strong narrative flow. Human language. Emotional intelligence. If the material itself is not working, no amount of polish on stage will fix it.
That is why our work begins with the clarity and integrity of the content itself. Once the material is strong, delivery becomes much easier and much more natural.
This is also where humor comes in, and not in the way most people think. This is not about adding jokes or trying to perform. When we use humor, it comes from humanity, relatability, and truth.
The moments that create laughter, smiles, and nods of recognition usually come from something real. A clear observation. A shared experience. A way of saying something that feels honest and human in your own words, grounded in your own stories.
I often describe humor like seasoning. Not everything needs a lot, but everything benefits from some. Used well, it adds balance, keeps people engaged, and builds trust and credibility without ever undermining authority or executive presence.
The point isn’t entertainment. The point is earning and holding your audience’s attention long enough to get real buy-in. If people are distracted, skeptical, or mentally elsewhere, your message won’t land, no matter how strong it is. Engagement creates influence.

I've been invited to speak at the America Institute of Architects International Conference — it's hands-down the biggest talk of my career (for context: Obama spoke at the last years conference!).
