Why Humor is a Competitive Advantage in Business

Humor is more than entertainment — it’s a strategic communication skill with measurable ROI.

Beth shows professionals how to use humor to shorten sales cycles, strengthen team engagement, and make messaging more memorable.

By reframing humor as a strategic business tool rather than risky entertainment, she shows audiences to connect faster, influence decisions, and leave lasting impressions on clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.

The ROI of Humor in the Workplace

As leading studies from Wharton Business School and the Harvard Business Review show, used intentionally, humor not only builds trust, it improves retention of information, increases audience engagement, and strengthens relationships.

Beth’s keynotes, group sessions, and one-to-one presentation coaching sessions give participants frameworks for adding humor that supports their message — instead of distracting from it.
